- Two people per ski (price shown is per ski, not per person)
- Life jackets, sunscreen and a water-tight container to take belongings (i.e. phone and wallet)
- No licence or experience required
- Please arrive 1 hour before your scheduled tour time for check-in. All safety inductions start promptly at the scheduled times and cannot be delayed
- Please wear comfortable clothing such as swimwear, shorts or t-shirt, singlet or rashie
- Sunglasses are recommended, however, there are sunglasses for $5 in the office if you have an expensive pair you don't want to lose
- There is an area where you can leave dry clothes, shoes, hats and bags
- Convert your booking into website credit free of charge with 72 hours notice before your booking
- Cancellation fees may apply for bookings cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice before your booking
- In cases of bad weather, Urban Swan may reschedule your booking or provide you with a full refund
