Optional Upgrades for the Picnic Scavenger Hunt in the Yarra Valley:

• A wine tasting experience at a mystery cellar door for only an additional $10 per person; and

What You Will Need to Bring on the Picnic Scavenger Hunt in the Yarra Valley:

• Your own car to travel between destinations on the day and a mobile phone with internet access to receive the clues.
• You will need to supply your own picnic basket (or bag to carry the food items in), a picnic blanket and some utensils for this adventure. Prior to your Mystery Picnic, we will provide you with a small checklist of items you will need to bring.

FAQS - What is a Mystery Activity?

• While it might seem suspicious, we promise it's not! A mstery activity could be something like kayaking, completing an escape room, tree-surfing, bowling, mini-golf, rock-climbing, or going on a boat or train ride. It could also be playing arcade games, ice-skating, doing a maze, visiting the zoo or completing a guided tour or workshop/class.
• After booking, we'll check if there are any phobias, injuries or health-related conditions we should be aware of. And, if possible, we will tailor the mystery activity to suit.

-All bookings for any self-guided Mystery Adventure need to be made 6-days in advance of your preferred adventure date. For example, if you would like to book for a Sunday, you must ensure you have booked by midnight on the Sunday prior.

If you are "Buying a Voucher" or "Gifting this Experience", your voucher will remain valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, subject to the following:

• 1. If the Experience Voucher is not booked and taken within 18 months, Mystery Adventures will preserve the amount paid for the voucher for a further 18 months but will not be obliged to offer the experience, nor at the same price.
• 2. After 18 months, if the price of the Mystery Adventures Experience has increased, an additional amount will need to be paid at the time of booking.
• 3. After 18 months, all Experience Vouchers will automatically convert to a monetary value Gift Card. The monetary value of the Gift Card will reflect the original price of the Experience Gift Card voucher and will be valid for the remainder of your voucher period. The monetary value Gift Card can be used against any adventures currently available on the Urban Swan or Mystery Adventures website

Booking Cancellations or Changes: If you wish to make changes to or cancel your Mystery Adventures Experience, you can request:

• Changes or cancellation of any self-guided experience (excluding experiences with accommodation) up until 3 business days before your experience date.

• Changes include, but are not limited to, the adventure itself, date time, people and/or dietary requirements. Any changes after the above times time may incur an additional cost.

• Convert your booking into website credit free of charge with 72 hours notice before your booking
• Cancellation fees may apply for bookings cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice before your booking
• In cases of bad weather, Urban Swan may reschedule your booking or provide you with a full refund
• Free exchanges on all voucher purchases
• 3 year validity on all experiences and vouchers
