Begin your date with a relaxing 45 minute salt therapy session as you melt into the comfort of our recliners and doze to the music. Our machines use high grade pharmaceutical salt, especially designed to mimic the positive health effects of salt caves. Next up, enjoy a private 45 minute infra sauna together in our spacious 3 person sauna. Plenty of room to make yourselves comfortable with the added bonus of playing your own music via bluetooth. You will soothe the muscles, reduce inflammation and work up a sweat. Finish the experience off with some much needed refreshments in our serene and gorgeous reception area. Your special date will conclude with a gorgeous goodie bag to take home with some incredible hand made wellness products.

- In this pamper pack, you and your partner will walk out feeling rejuvenated following a:
- 45-minute salt therapy (shared space)
- 45-minute sauna therapy (private room)
- You will also be provided with:
- Alkaline and Mineral filtered water
- Towels
- Robe
- Refreshments
- BYO large bottle to fill before entering sauna
- The sauna temperature can be adjusted to preference, please remember to hydrate before, during and after session
- Avoid alcohol, and other stimulants like coffee if possible
- The salt rooms generally have a deeply relaxing effect, its okay to fall asleep, we will knock when the session is over
- If you have any congestion, expect to feel your body release that as the evening passes and over the next few days, it means the salt is working!
- Salt therapy is great for allergies, colds and flus, skin conditions, asthma and general improved respiratory health and overall wellbeing
- Please consult your doctor before attending if you have a medical condition or are pregnant
- Robes are available to wear in the salt rooms but you are welcome to wear your own clothes, be mindful they might get a little bit of salt dust on them, so black clothes are less forgiving
- It is suggested that you plan a quiet rest of your day, the sauna especially can take a lot of energy and we highly suggest you do very little after your session, maybe finish your date with a relaxing night in
