- All drivers must arrive 30 minutes prior to the race start with 0.00 BAC
- Please also ensure that all drivers are zero (0.00) BAC as they will be breath tested before they race and that they wear comfortable clothing with enclosed shoes
- Please note: All drivers MUST ARRIVE 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE RACE START TIME with Zero BAC
- If you are later than 10 minutes to your arrival time for your race, Auscarts reserves the right to cancel your booking and your booking will not be transferred or refunded
- Convert your booking into website credit free of charge with 72 hours notice before your booking
- Cancellation fees may apply for bookings cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice before your booking
- In cases of bad weather, Urban Swan may reschedule your booking or provide you with a full refund
