- 45 minute infrared sauna session
- Each sauna is large enough to comfortably fit 2 people.
- Each room has bluetooth connectivity so you can bring your own music or use the time to meditate, whichever you prefer
- Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, showers and toiletries are provided
- Please arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment for your induction and to watch the instructional video
- Booking times may be subject to small changes based on providers availability
- Be sure to be well hydrated one hour before your sauna session. Each persons heat tolerance is different, but being properly hydrated will make it much more enjoyable
- The optimal sauna temperature is between 48-53 degrees
- Convert your booking into website credit free of charge with 72 hours notice before your booking
- Cancellation fees may apply for bookings cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice before your booking
- In cases of bad weather, Urban Swan may reschedule your booking or provide you with a full refund
