This SUP lesson is a group session designed for beginners, not limited to couples or pairs. Over the course of an hour, you'll receive guided instruction on balance, body alignment, and stroke technique. Once you've grasped the basics, you'll have an additional hour of board hire to explore the stunning waters of Manly Cove. Join a public lesson alongside other beginners and enjoy learning in a fun, social setting!

- SUP Board and all safety equipment
- Safety training
- Get taught the basic paddle strokes and turns, correct stances on the board and to use the paddle for stability
- 1 hour lesson and 1 hour general hire
- You must be able to swim 150m unassisted to be able to participate in this activity
- By completing your purchase, you are confirming that you can swim 150m without assistance. This is a strict requirement for safety reasons. No refunds will be issued if you arrive and cannot meet this swimming requirement.
- Make sure you're equipped for the day and bring your own paddling clothes, sun protection such as a hat and sunscreen, a thermal top or wind breaker for cooler days, and a dry change of clothes for after the paddle!
- You will receive one hour of instruction and one hour of general hire to make the most of your paddle board experience
